You’re one in a million Eddie!,’ she wrote.Earlier this year the happy couple celebrated what appeared to be their first anniversary.Sharing a selection of pictures of them together she wrote: ‘Happy Anniversary to my absolute soul mate! You are the best thing that ever happened to me, I feel like we’ve been together about 10 years (in a good way)’Thank you for constantly making me laugh endless amounts and making me the happiest I’ve felt in a long time. Love you always big guy x.’The singer was a finalist on the eighth series of X Factor in 2011 and was beaten by winners Little Mix. In June this year Amelia was forced to pull out of the Sunderland Food and Drink Festival after she was urgently rushed to hospital.Taking to her Instagram stories, she informed followers that she was ‘severely unwell’ and would be unable to attend the festival.  Amelia – who is diabetic – shared a snap of herself in the hospital on a ward hooked up to a drip, and revealed she was ‘gutted’ to cancel the upcoming scheduled gig in Sunderland.She penned: ‘Hello everyone, after a really tough week of being severely unwell, I have never felt like this in my life.’I have been admitted into hospital with an underlying infection. I am so sorry that I won’t be able to perform tomorrow evening at the @sunderlandfooddrinkfest. The You Bring Me Joy songstress auditioned for the ITV show when she was just 16 years old, eventually coming third place in the 2011 series behind chart-toppers Little Mix ‘I love performing and am absolutely gutted I can’t be there tomorrow but I know I’m in the best place.’Amelia finished up adding: ‘You have got the wonderfully talented @geoffmullmusic performing at 6pm for you tomorrow. Will keep you all posted lots of love Amelia x.’The day after she gave further health updates, reassuring fans she finally had her test results and was discharged from the hospital.Amelia was diagnosed with diabetes when she was just three-years-old and revealed during her time on X Factor that her condition is very serious.The You Bring Me Joy songstress auditioned for the ITV show when she was just 16 years old, eventually coming third place in the 2011 series behind chart-toppers Little Mix.
