In a huge bonanza to the residents of Bathinda city, the Punjab CM Bhagwant Singh Mann on Thursday dedicated two important projects, including newly renovated Girls school and Balwant Gargi Auditorium, worth Rs 41 crore to the city residents.
Punjab Chief Addressing the gathering after dedicating Balwant Gargi Auditorium to the people here today, the CM  said that the state government is committed to the holistic development of Punjab and prosperity of its people. He said that heath, education, employment and others are the priority areas of the state governments and major thrust is being given on this. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that there is no dearth of funds as far as the development of state and progress of its people is concerned adding that major thrust is being laid on providing good governance and clean administration to the people.
The Chief Minister said that this state of the art auditorium, which is an engineering marvel has been constructed at a cost of Rs 30 crore. He said that the aesthetically designed auditorium has a seminar hall, two conference rooms, exhibition hall and others which can be judiciously utilised by the people.
