Library to come up at village Maira Colony with Rs. 5 lakh aid

The Punjab Govt led by the CM Bhagwant Singh Mann is undertaking pro people steps in every sector whether it is giving jobs, free power or Sadak Surakhya Force. Special attention is being paid to the overall development of the villages. This was disclosed by the Cabinet Minister Lal Chand Kataruchak today at village Bhanwal after laying the foundation stone of a water supply system.
The Minister on the occasion said that soon, the process would be initiated across Punjab to make Ration Cards so as to ensure that no beneficiary remains devoid of its benefits. Divulging further, the Minister said that the water supply system would come up at the cost of Rs. 70 Lakh which would 500 families and would be completed in 6 months.
The Minister also visited various villages of Bhoa constituency. As part of this, he first went to village Maira Colony and heard the issues being faced by the people. On the occasion, he said that a library would constructed in the village at a cost of Rs. 5 lakh.
